The Bow gains recognition at the expense of the Gun.
A legal gun in the american home saves lives & property.
The legal gun in the Home is getting less popular all the time
because of Crime. As you can see lately, the american military
is nearly hopeless against Terrorist.

And ACTIVIST like ROSIE ODONNELL who needs things to

Responsibility for their own security.

Now if Rosie was an activist against the spoon: she
could almost certainly save 10,000 lives a day::

Duel Working Accurate Archery Stabilizing Platforms.

The bow you see on the left is one that I have, it is not 3 ft. a very
high speed bow. Unlike with a gun the neighbors do not get to
nervous when you shoot or hunt with it in your back yard; even
in town. Though dangerous you don’t get the
SHOCK & AAH:
That the activist get with their guns on TV.

Some people will tell you power is more important than speed in a bow.
I believe those Arguments could be for the people who shoot or hunt only
for the largest animals. If misjudged, the distance of a small animal
by 1 yard with a slow bow, you would miss or wound the animal.
IF you have a slow bow the animal has a much better chance of
jumping the string; (moving after a noise is heard).
Many people in Archery do not use lightweight high speed arrows:
because they are so hard to stabilize.

EXERCISE

For exercise the bow is good. Best if you walk to the target after every
shot reflection on what went wrong; or right with it. It is also good to
bring in some Back Yard Meat. A real Diet Food with nutrients,
vitamins, low fat & weight control.
You know sort of drift back to 10,000 BC & check out the diet of Rabbits .
& Quail If you are Right Handed do not forget to pull the bow Equal times with
with the left. This Practice if done correct may be the best mind control of
all: Archery is one of the practices of The Zen Buddha to achieved
a state of perfect spiritual enlightenment.

But If you can master it you will be rewarded with a healthy lean food diet,
the nutrients will be top grade with fewer toxins.

BOW SET-UP

On the bow to your left, most of those gadgets you see on the bow except
for the small speed knock 2nd from bottom of the string, peep sight,
string nock, inside string loop, are to help stop vibration and
stabilizing the bow.
All those things & more such as sight aligners, other types of release
loops, brass knocking point etc. cut down on your speed. That bow
claims to be rated near 320 fps but the shot that got that rating was
not shot with the things you see on that bow now; the small speed knock,
a drop away arrow rest & a string arrow knock was all there was.

WHY IS SPEED IMPORTANT IN A HUNTING BOW OR
TARGET BOW AT UNKNOWN DISTANCE
Shooting at 240 fps with three pins; & 300 fps with two pins.
Let’s Say top sight pin set At 25yd & one moves about 10 yd
farther from the target, the 300 fps bow would move to the
middle sight pin to correct Error of Impact.
The 240 fps bow would need to move almost double, or both pins,
to correct Error of Impact: in other words one would need
3 sight pins on a 240 fps bow, where 2 pins would be adequate
on a 300 fps bow. It is a lot easier to keep track of 2 pins verses 3.

With bow hunters you will sometimes hear the remark
“I miss pined the shot” this can & does happen when you have
more than 2 sight pins on a hunting bow; that is very bad
because one will miss or worse yet wound the animal.
On a fast bow (+300 fps), two pins set at 30 & 45 yd with a little
Kentucky elevation will make a 50yd-hunting bow if you wish.

THE STABILIZER

There is way to keep the speed up & make it even more stabilized,
without installing all things you see on this bow. In the past I had
patented what I called a string stabilizing system. It is made
from very unique elastic tubing, tied with special ties to the
bowstring at the bottom of the area where the speed
knock may go
(see blue lines on bow).
These Stabilizers will not only take vibration & noise out of a bow
without dropping the speed; but in almost all situations
speed it up. When a bow is a lot more stable one does not need to
practice nearly as much to produce the perfect form to shoot well.

These stabilizers also double as peep sight aligners. These things
will be described later and sold on e-bay and other markets on this
site for a relative low price. I will also sell a peep sight that is very light
in weight: another thing you will need on the bow is a release
loop (string loop), they do a lot for stabilizing plus a fall-away
arrow rest. These type rests are the ones they are shot with to get
the speed ratings they get.

TO TIE A NOCKING POINT

One thing you will need to know is, how to tie a String Nocking Point. Each of
the Popular Brass Nocking Points takes about 2-3 fps from an arrow speed.

If these Nocks are tied over a monofilament serving they can be adjusted
by rotating the nock. These Nocks will take almost no speed from an
archery bow. Some archers will tie a string nock inside the string loop
to insure the string loop does not move. Another place you may use
a string nocking point is for the bow sight if one wishes for a site
and yet get the highest speed from a bow. More information
