Adapt! Our body's systems has components like the appendix, apparently no longer used (perhaps from a time of Heavier & Coarser Vegetable Consumption).And looking around the world today, we know we do not all look like this mtDNA Eve on the outside.

Eve didn't have a GE Electric stove.Fewer things were cooked, & even less things cooked well done.Contents change, check raw Milk before & after Heat (Pasteurizing).Many foods were dried.

In my research I have been led to believe the body is a flexible self-contained, self-healing piece of equipment.And if the cells are supplied, even near the standards of adaptations over the thousands of generation, it can take care of itself.

My figures will come math-wise see History Page; we did not all came from the same neighborhood, some foods grew in some places, other foods in additional places.

How are we to know when we are eating correct?

IS there an Indication or evidence when One is EATING: GOOD OR BAD ??

 

We are not designed to be Sick, Look bad, Feel bad,

be Worn-out, Drained, Weak, Weary, or Overweight.††

If so; is it because you have not been eating the right drugs?

And are the drugs a Doctor gives you going to make a correction or hide a reaction?

NOW examine Exercise, and Diet (Are they a Suicide Mission on Schedule?) &

(change to whatever lets your bodyfunction well)

WHY DONíT YOU GET SICK

I remember reading about plagues & epidemics when I was young and could not understand why everybody did not die.Were the germs or viruses bias you know; what is going on here, are there reasons?

These people would die in each otherís arms; but some would make it.

The religious, appeared to think that god would go through & say who was to go & who was to stay.

 

The teachers & doctors would say things like, some of them had more resistance to the illness, without saying why; as IF it was something akin to hitting the lottery.

My Grand Dad died in an epidemic, he was a Doctor Treating the Patients:

ME I do not believe any of the resistance was Luck; instead Diet & Exercise.

KILLING + ĺ THE NUTRIENTSIN FOOD: EXPENSIVE & UNHEALTHY

 

Except for vitamin C & a few other nutrients, the body can make many of the things it needs and uses.With the storage & trade systems we have in this day; there should be no years, months, weeks or even days without appropriate food.Donít kill the foods that canít run from you without a good reason; remember live food is the best food; think things over before you cook & kill it.

 

You need a reason to cook: TOXINS; TEXTURE OR TAINTED
