HOW DID WE DEVELOPMENT

Our lineage of ancestry appears to have got a
more diverse exercise than any other animal on
this Planet. Over 95% of the exercise programs
do not exercise all the muscles in the body.
When they do, very few people have time to do
them except for professional body builders.

HUNTER-GATHERER EXERCISE

The last long complete phase of exercise in our
lineage was the Hunter-Gatherer type, which
is whatever they needed to do to live: and
that was almost everything.

WHY THEY EXERCISE & WHAT THEY DID

They used a digging stick for food.
They climbed trees to gather fruit.
They hunted with spear, throwing stick & bow.
They made clothes from hides with a stone knife.
They dug out caves with stone scoops & sticks.
They defended against hostile man & animals.
They carried wood for fire & built shelters.

Few Today; would be near this type of condition.

The proper diet and food is a must along
with the exercise.

EXERCISE DO WE NEED IT

EXERCISE RAISES pH + BUILDS BONE & MUSCLE MASS

In our past, we have walked, ran, swum, stretched, lifted weights, practiced martial arts, yoga, climb, dig, & limitless other things. We have muscles we do not know about.

Bones put out a piezoelectric signal, like a strain gage chip, if a bone is receiving strains: the signal triggers osteoblasts cells, to build bones. When One stops growing, age 20 to 30; bones & joints start a degeneration phase. Osteoclasts (bone absorbing cells), may remove bone mass, from bones that do not get enough exercise (strain). Thus, if body parts are not used; One may not find any to use: The Point of No Return >not a happy place.

Develop your physical, mental, spiritual, & psychic connection. Meditate on joints & movements. Energy in Channels will be increased or Channels reopened while exercising. Proper Mind Control can come from this Exercise. Active joints and muscles have less disease & more likely to perform as designed. Weights help to build Bone & Muscle mass, and influence Muscle shape.

Give the eyes, Focus Muscles exercise, like all other muscles. Many people can regain some eyesight by this method. Don’t forget the weak eye; one may need to cover or close the dominant eye to get the other to focus. Some written letters or an image near by, is one thing the eye muscles can pull into eye focus. Next the face, scalp, tongue, & mouth muscles, move all there is to move until you can put them under strain.

When you have more muscle groups working at once, initially meditation on the groups will be more demanding. As time goes by your conscious will project to minor groups as face, eyes, mouth & etc. WHATEVER -find time to do something! & most people feel better when they get 8 hrs rest. The bones & muscles will need the correct diet as well as rest and exercise.

EXERCISE, REST & MEDITATE

The reason over 95% of the masses do not do a formal exercise for all muscle groups is because we cannot find time. Even when we do it at home it is difficult for people to find time for the set-up and exercise especially if one tries to exercise all groups of muscles. The best time is when one awakens in the morning & before you eat. If you have a large towel or mat by your bed or if the bed is hard it may be used. The exercise will help awake you therefore get you up & moving faster; thus saving some time.

FIND 30 MIN for YOGA, ISOMETRC etc..

Yoga is one of the best exercises to move about all of the joints & muscles daily. One does not need to do the movements like a Master. Just moving of the joints & muscles will be sufficient. Yoga will often be moving several groups of muscles & joints at the same time.

But One can make up their own exercise; it does not take a Brain Surgeon to know how joints should move, also muscles around the face, mouth and tongue, remember there was a time, way back, when we did not cook all the food into a soft mass. Anyone can do something to get your heart rate up for 20 + minutes a few times a week. The problem will be if one can only find 30 minutes or less a day is to get to all muscle groups. It will take some practice but one can exercise more than one group of muscles at a time. Many of the face, neck, eyes, mouth and tongue can be exercised when the other groups are moving.

IN ALMOST ALL SITUATIONS YOU WILL FIND

That you will be doing everything faster and more efficient. One, using their imagination can develop resistance isometric exercise for the less significant muscle groups; and combine them with your other regular exercises. That is doing them at the same time to make sure all muscle groups in the body are integrated into the time you have for exercise.
