The Foods we started out with.
A mother`s Raw milk is the best thing for us the first couple years.
This has been the situation for a long time: we have adapted to it.
I do not believe anyone has said it should be pasteurized 180 deg.
The vital characteristics of many Complex Sugars in Raw Foods give
them much more value for immunity, physical fitness & general health.

Cooking fat, sugar, & salt into our food has not been about forever.
Cooking destroys many of the Complex Sugars & many other Nutrients.
Now drying in the sun or else a Dryer, kept below 112 deg. is good.
Some foods will need to be cooked for Texture or Toxin, use scantly.
In the USA we average eating 10-14 different veggies & fruit.
Over 80% of these are cooked or pasteurized. Refrigeration, rapid
transport and trade make drying foods unnecessary plus keeps a supply
of food on hand, one does not need to be on seasonal diets in this day.
In all probability you need to be about 70+ to remember when many
people had smoke-houses or a specal placeto dry & or smoke foods.
The easy, cheap & most healthy Raw food will be sprouts just damp the
seeds twice a day in a screen covered container then pour the water off.
Some sprouts like mung beans will need to be steamed a couple of minutes
to remove toxins.
I sell a large plastic strainer on eBay with holes the correct size to
wash the hules off the sprouts, just pull the sprouts apart as you run
water over them inside the strainer.

How do we compair to the hunter/gatherer?
The hunter/gatherer types have been around several million years +/-5?:
pryor to that the raw fruit & veggie eaters for many millions of years +/-15?. Most sciences
say the hunter/gatherer diet @ 10,000 BC was +/- 35% meat. Before the first crop were planted
ten thousand years ago +/- a day or two, far over 99.9% of our genetic code was
in place. Cooking before pots and pans drained even more fat out of a lean meat.
Cooked foods would not last & was a luxury: dried or smoked foods is what was kept
in reserve.
All animals and people adapt to changing food supplies, They may not be getting top performance
out of their mechine over an interval: but some people like in the far north can live
on over 90% fat & meat. All of our Ancestors did not grow up in the same neighborhood.
over the last 100,000 +/- years the food depended a lot on where they were & the last
10,000 years social standing. For most hunter/gatherer types there were a lot
more than 10-14 foods. It would be a good bet almost everything in a modern survival manual,
especially when times were hard & without planting & trade, that for the most part comes every year.
The math; what does that leave us now.
We are not designed to be Sick, Look bad, Feel bad, or Overweight; if anything of the sort befalls us something is amiss.
If you gave ancient diets a 100 to 1 handicap in adaptation, you would be eating over 75% raw or dried food and less than 15% meat;
That is in Calaries. Remember sun type temperature for drying; 112 degrees or less as not to destory the enzymes.

WHY DO PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW THE NUTRIENTS,
AKALIS & ACIDS THAT ARE IN COMMON FOODS.
Blood must always be ? pH 7.4, & if needed it will rob Body Parts
(spinal fluids, organs, & bones) until Degeneration; to stay 7.4:
Calcium will be the Blood's Chief Objective.
Thus Degenerative Diseases can & do, Result.
Degeneration exposes flawed Diets & Exercise!
Raise pH by absorbing Alkali Ash Foods
Calcium & Other Alkali Minerals
pH scale 1-14: 1 acid, 14 alkali, & 7 is neutral.
Saliva should stay between--pH 6.6 – 7.2
Check pH in AM before food, & water.
To test rinse mouth with Saliva only...

TO MAKE THE pH TEST
Work up saliva in mouth rinse twice.
Hold tongue up in mouth & work-up saliva under tongue.
Then let it drop out on litmus paper:
Evaluate with pH scale.
Get a three-way pH litmus paper from a Lab supply for best results.
